Durable nautical outdoor lighting can be difficult to find. Shiplights large bulkhead pendants feature solid die-cast brass and industrial-grade construction that would make the Navy proud. For outdoor pendants, we use solid brass inner rods to complement our solid brass tubing. All of our pole lighting can also be customized to the exact height required to fit your nautical bar or kitchen perfectly. Comparisons have been made to the UA Lakeside Ceiling Mount and hanging version of the Compton Light, Admiral Light and Starboard Sconce. Recent installations include private residences in Vineyard Haven MA, Amagansett, NY and Newport Beach, CA.
Lead Time: Standard finishes are typically in-stock; Custom finishes are 4-8 weeks unless in-stock (contact us for our list of in-stock custom finishes). Material: Solid Brass Construction
Maintenance: When used by the ocean or in extreme weather conditions, our lights will patina and eventually verdigris over time. Since our lights are solid brass or bronze, they will not rust, corrode or disintegrate. All finishes are living finishes and will continue to patina as they age. We always recommend routine maintenance including a gentle soap & water solution or butcher wax if trying to slow the natural aging process.
