Shiplights Policies

Damaged Goods: All damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of receipt. If an item is damaged, the packaging must be held for inspection by the shipped provider.

Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of being received.  We do not accept returns after 30 days unless an agreement was reached prior to shipment. Brass 'N Bounty must be notified before any returns are sent back. It is important to note that there is a re-stocking charge, ranging from 7% to 15%, for returns over $300 if they are returned after 14 days; and a charge of 10% to 15% for returns over $2000 if returned within 30 days. There are no returns accepted on special orders. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please let us know.

Information on Custom Finishes: We do no accept any returns of custom finished lights. We would be happy to send samples of finishing options if needed. Furthermore, we will send samples of any lights for further inspection before purchase as the custom finished lights are not returnable. A deposit of 20% is required on all custom orders. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

UL Listing: The UL listing for almost all our lighting fixtures is performed in the United States.

Back Plates: Prices of back plates are subject to the purchase on a light and are not sold individually.
